(Des Moines, IA) -- A man is now facing a first-degree murder charge after an assulat victim died in Des Moines.
Police say 25-year-old Sie Jones attacked 61-year-old Paul Montis Sr. at a Sherman Hill apartment building on February 12.
Montis was found unconscious with multiple head injuries, and despite medical care, he died from those injuries on February 27.
Jones remains in custody at the Polk County Jail and is facing multiple charges.
