(Urbandale, IA) -- The Urbandale Police Department releases the results of its March alcohol and tobacco compliance checks.
Urbandale PD says compliance checks were conducted at 20 retailers during the week of March 23rd, and of those 20 retailers....19 passed. The one that failed was re-checked the following week and failed again.
Police issued citations for both failures to comply with state regulations on alcohol and tobacco sales.
