DES MOINES, Iowa - A man is in critical condition after three people were shot inside a house in Des Moines early Thursday morning.  Two women are in good condition, according to police.

Neighbors called 911 early Thursday morning to report hearing a fight at the house at 1125 14th Place, just off Keo, and just north of I-235.  A patrol officer outside the house tells WHO Radio News that a few minutes after report of the fight, came a 911 call reporting multiple people were shot.

Detectives arrived at the house not long after, and several walked around the perimeter of the house with flashlights, focusing on a back corner of the house.  Then the detectives could be seen inside the house, camera flashes eerie strobe lights seen from across the street as they photographed evidence.

Police say there will be more information later today.
