The adopted parents of dead Perry teen Sabrina Ray were charged with multiple felonies yesterday and more charges could follow after the Medical Examiner completes his work.
Currently Marc and Misty Ray are charged with child endangerment resulting in death, as well as neglect. They were arrested without incident and taken to the Dallas County Jail.
But Sabrina was on DHS's radar. They had been to the home at least four times in the last four years. Each time they obviously found no reason to remove her.
So what needs to change at DHS?
