The genesis of the Russian investigation into the President is now itself subject to a criminal inquiry.
Fox News is reporting "U.S. Attorney John Durham's ongoing probe into potential FBI and Justice Department misconduct in the run-up to the 2016 election through the spring of 2017 has transitioned into a full-fledged criminal investigation."
Those of us paying attention have known for a very long time that there was zero collusion between the President and anyone in his Administration with the Russian Government. But we don't entirely know how it all began.
Also DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz's report on surveillance abuses against the Trump campaign will be available to the public soon, with "few" redactions, the IG said yesterday.
The question will become that if anything criminal took place, will anyone go to jail?
