Is there a racism problem inside the Hawkeyes' football program?

Is there a racism problem inside the Hawkeyes' football program? It's a question that will remain unanswered I suspect until an investigation by a Kansas City law firm concludes.

Yesterday University of Iowa Director of Athletics Gary Barta, told us in a news conference that the school had separated from now former strength and conditioning coach Chris Doyle. Doyle walked away with over $1.1 million. The rest of the agreement states that Doyle cannot seek employment at the University of Iowa moving forward and cannot sue the school for its decision.

Speaking of the investigation, Barta said “We don’t need an independent review to tell us we have issues. We have issues, and we have begun taking some steps to improve and move forward."

So what does that mean exactly? Is there a fundamental problem? Was it just Chris Doyle? Who knew what?

Doyle was first suspended and now "separated" after former players went on social media to talk about their experiences with the Hawkeyes.

So what do you think? Is there a racism problem inside the Hawkeyes' football program?
