There are major surges in Coronavirus cases in hotspots around the country right now. Numbers are surging in both Texas and Arizona and there are certain places within Iowa showing an uptick.
Johnson County's positivity rate was at 13% on Monday and in Dubuque it was 19%. In Scott County, testing is down, but positivity rates are climbing - 14% as of Monday.
