I start here just in case people don't know what this means. You see yesterday President Biden attended a fundraiser for Rep. Cindy Axne.
It was a virtual event and hidden from the public here in Iowa for most of the time. I'm sure it was a big money event because I get all her fundraising emails, and this one was never mentioned to me. I get the "send us $3 or the election will be lost" ones!! LOL
Anyway during it Biden said this according to transcripts provided by the White House press pool: “Cindy, the country needs you, and I’m not exaggerating. You’re one of the best persons in the entire United States Congress. Thank you for all you’ve done.”
Pretty weird, but OK... it's Biden. Maybe he thought he was talking about someone else.
But then Axne thanked Biden for “showing empathy and care for this country and getting shots in arms, putting our kids back in schools and keeping money in people’s pockets so we can get back to an economy that works for this country.” Wow! "putting our kids back in schools". Seriously... WOW!
But it got worse.
She described Biden as “the most impactful president we’ve seen in this country’s history.” In HISTORY!
So are they Gaslighting us or do they actually believe the garbage they are spewing?
