Yesterday the President's son Hunter, defied a subpoena from Congress to testify.

What should happen next is that he should be held in contempt of Congress. If that were to happen, the Sergeant-at-Arms for the House would then arrest him and bring him to the chamber. He would be forced to answer charges and then subjected to punishment - a fine or imprisonment - as this is a crime. The punishments are rarely used.
