Understanding how to make the ARC/PLC decision

Producers can make a two-year election of either ARC-CO, PLC or the ARC Individual (ARC-IC) program by crop, by FSA farm number. Enrollment will then be concurrent for both the 2019 and 2020 crop years. Cash rent landowners will need to provide their signature for a producer to update the PLC Yield on a farm using 2013 thru 2017 crop production evidence.
