DES MOINES, Iowa- Authorities are looking for two Des Moines men, accused of belonging to the "C-Block" criminal street gang. Twenty-nine-year-old Barry Adair Junior and 26-year-old Johnnathan Frencher were indicted last week, on robbery and weapons charges, along with more than dozen others after an investigation into gang activity.
